  display parent when child exists page

  i want the condition for displaying the parent page when a child page exist in the footer of my page

  Just to be clear here. The wordpress.com blog linked to your user name is empty. Is that the blog you are referring to or not? If it isn’t please post the URL for the blog in question starting with http://
