Display post in my main site

  I’d like to display our current blog post on the homepage of my site but not sure how to do it. I’ve come across articles but they reference me using my wpconfig file which I have no clue where that is.

  HELP!

  You belong on wordpress.org forms not wordpress.com fourms.
