Display post under one category only from the oldest post to the newest

I’d like to have one of my categories display the post associated with it from oldest to newest. Is this possible on the site or in using CSS?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you investigated this possibility?
Add the shortcode [display-posts] in a post or page, and use the arguments to query based on tag, category, post type, and many other possibilities.

I’m confused. Am I going to have to place a short code on each post within the category to have the post display in dated order (oldest to newest) when that category is selected?
