display-posts shortcode not showing thumbnails

  Hi
  I have a number of pages with the display-posts shortcode, listing posts in a series of categories. Here is such a page

  The shortcode is partly working but the thumbnail display option is not working. So for example here is my shortcode:
  [display-posts category="hymns" posts_per_page="-1" offset="3" image_size="thumbnail"]
  This should show thumbnails, but none are shown.

  Can you help please?

  PS the thumbnails were working a week ago.

  I have the same problem on purposefulperception.com.

  [display-posts include_excerpt="true" image_size="thumbnail" posts_per_page="10" order="DESC" orderby="date" wrapper="div"]

  no long displays thumbnail images.
  The title and excerpt display, but the thumbnail images do not.

  Can you please help?

  They are woring now!!
  And I have made no changes!
  Problem mysteriously resolved.
