Display-posts shortcode not working

  Hey there,

  I am trying to use display-posts to show the latest workout on my homepage. It works only occasionally, and I do not know why. I have it set so that there is no bullet or title, and it should just be showing the image. Here is what I am using:
  [display-posts category="WOD" image_size="medium" wrapper="div" posts_per_page="1"]

  I can get it to show up if I delete everything and start from scratch, but I do not want to repeat this daily.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Second note: it seems to be an issue with image size, because i can change image size to either large or medium, and based on the picture one or the other will not work. I would prefer the image not take up the entire screen, especially on mobile.
