Display Posts shortcode plugin: 29 posts in a category, but only 11 show in list

    Limits: The Display Posts Shortcode has a limit of 100 posts displayed. However, I have 29 posts in a category, but only 11 show in list. Here is the self hosted page in question: http://206.130.123.139/~planetwo/bay-area-2014/.
    here is my code;
    [display-posts category='BA 2014 Notes' order='ASC' orderby='date' include_date='true']
    A note on Jetpack: I had to delete Jetpack as it would not update on this site. But I still have the failed update message at top of Admin pages. (An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.) I do not have Jetpack installed (up to 10 posts listed with Jetpack installed. )
