display problems

  hi
  having problems getting the blog to display properly – the entire content except header is shown to the far right of the (blank) page – off the screen altogether. I tried clearing cache and cookies (using firefox 2)…I just tried viewing with Internet explorer and it displays properly! So that means the problem just with my firefox? Or will other people using firefox see it like that too? what’s the problem anyway? (I just typed in the posts i have – no probs with html i think. i checked that Handle incorrect nested html or whatever in settings/writing but no difference.)

  Also when i tried to add a new page it appeared just under the header image… gave up trying to do that.

  So far, all very confusing, what a headache!

  Actually doesnt display properly in Internet explorer either – the sidebar appears right down the bottom of the page. Aargghhh.

  And in both firefox & IE there’s a black strip across the bottom of the header image with the label “Home”. How do I get rid of that? What is it?

  I spent ages fiddling with the dashboard, support…why is this so hard?? Seems a very simple thing ive tried to do…

  And in IE there are weird irregular display problems with the posts – gaps between lines, lines broken up into small bits…

  Yeah, I’m having similar problems. Page is taking ages to load and then isn’t even opening fully. Same in Firefox and in Safari.

  Both of these sites are displaying as they should. Sidebars intact.

  That black line is coded into that theme: it is your navigation bar: you use it to navigate to other pages on your blog. When you make a new page, it is supposed to appear.

  thanks for that.. the problem is just with my computer then? well, it displays every other site on the internet ok… how frustrating.
