Display/renderring issue

  I just created a website and chose a template but for some reason it doesn’t show correctly. Everything is out of place including the nav bar menus. This issue exists in all the templates used. I suspect a coding error that causes this issue but I cant figure out where to fix it. Thanks for the help in advance!
