Display strangely in itunes

  When I publish an epsiode of one of three podcats we do via the page it displays strangley in itunes.
  It looks like this:

  Any idea how I can fix this?

  Howdy!

  The cause of this is that WordPress.com as-is cannot set the “itunes:description” tag that iTunes asks for to fill the Description field. So iTunes tries to automatically pull the information itself with whatever information it has.

  That bit of code you see is from the pixel that records our Stats on your site (when viewed on WordPress.com). Certainly not the best bit of content for the description in iTunes… but it was just automatically pulled.

  To get rid of this, set up your podcast to run through a tool like Feedburner instead:

  Create a Podcast

  Feedburner can better set all the tags iTunes expects. Then just update your podcast feed with iTunes using your feedburner address instead of your WordPress.com RSS feed.
