Display tags with blog posts

I am trying to get the tags to be displayed in the Blog view (where all entries are listed) along with the author, publication date etc. I picked a theme specifically after checking that in the demo, the tags display with the posts as I don’t want readers to have to open an individual post first to see the tags attached to it. I want it all to be visible in the overview. How can I achieve this? I’ve been trying different themes and searching the handbook for hours :(

The site I’m working on is https://heidibirdfilmreviews.wordpress.com/ (I want tags to be listed with the posts both on the home page and the blog page)
I want it to look more like my old site, https://heidifilmreviews.blogspot.com/ where the tags are displayed along with the posts.
I also have trouble with the images (they are way too big and I just can’t re-size them in the overview), but that’s another story.

This is possible – it looks like a posts page needs to be set in the site and this can be done via:
Design > Customize > Homepage settings > and select a page under the posts drop down.
I also have trouble with the images (they are way too big and I just can’t re-size them in the overview), but that’s another story.
