Display the whole blog post (oxygen theme)

  1) how can I display the whole blog post on the main blog page? not condensed versions so you have to click further to read the whole post.
  2) is there a way to also force shrink-to-fit the images on the blog-overview? they are only displayed correctly when you click to read more.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
