Display time of post

Hello,
My organization has been using a very old and outdated theme and we needed to switch to something newer. It’s absolutely necessary for our organization that every post displays its categories and tags, and it was hard enough to find a theme that did that.
We settled on Twenty Ten since it met that requirement. However, it doesn’t seem to display the time of the post, and neither do any of the other themes I’ve looked at. That’s another important feature for us: to be able to tell the exact time of a post. I know you can hover over the date to see it, but doing that for every post is a big waste of time and it would be much more convenient to always see the time.
So my question is if anyone knows a theme that displays all of those things we need: time, date, categories, and tags. Or is there a plugin I can use to add time to posts, maybe?

It’s possible to display the time with the date using any theme by going to Menu -> Settings and under ‘Date Format’ select ‘Custom’ and enter this format…
