Display wordpress post

When I activate site management it breaks my site then i have to deactivate all my plugins to fix it. after I do that I simply bypass activate site management and at this time the display wordpress post widget wont pull my rss I am self hosted and have three wordpress sites that I wish to talk to each other. I keep receiving the error: We cannot load blog data at this time. Everything has been updated.

We provide support only for sites hosted by WordPress.COM and that site is not one of them.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
