Displayed Pic

I want to change the pic displayed/associated with my particular blog, the one that is displayed with the blog name, not the pic with my profile. Unfortunately, I forgot to do it. What are the steps to change it? I know it’s probably relatively simple, but i would appreciate the help. Thank you in advance.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/Gravatars/blavatars do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading!
