Displaying blog post excerpts instead of the whole post.

I’m having trouble only displaying excerpts of posts instead of displaying the whole post. Here is the blog I’m talking about: wednesdaysareforwriting.wordpress.com

Hi,
On the blog page with Toujours , the three most recent posts displayed below the featured content slider will appear as excerpts, but all other posts will display, by default, in full. However, you may use the More tag to truncate them on the blog page. The tag must be applied individually to each post that you want to display in abbreviated form on the blog page.
