Displaying blogs under pages

Hi am trying to set up my blog but am having trouble with the layout. I would like to have a home page (which I have with widgets) but my problem comes with the other pages. I have pages labeled beauty, faith, and fitness and I would like to be able to write and publish blogs specific to those topics under those headings. Basically if someone goes to my page I would like them to be able to click fitness and see all my fitness related blogs or click beauty and see all my beauty related blogs. So far I can’t seem to add my 1 posted blog to my faith page or find what/where it’s posted at all

You can see your blog posts at https://vallegirlbeauty.com/blog
In order to present your blog posts specific to your topics you can use categories and create category “pages”. You will use these in place of your static pages you currently have for your topics.

You can also choose to show your blog page on your menu or not – it will have all your posts in reverse chronological order. The Topic/Category Menu Items will go to your category pages.

I was able to all of the above. BUT, I now need help with my home page in NOT displaying posts that I have published for specific category pages.
In my case, Under “Activities” page I will have posts pertaining only to activities – these posts i do NOT want to show up on my homepage .

You can set a static page as your home page. With introductory material and prominent links to your post categories.If you want to have some selected post content on your static home page, look at the display-post shortcode.
