Displaying categories as hiearchy not working in widget

  I have my categories in an hiearchy and I have posts categorized under each of the categories in the hiearchy (i.e. each parent and child category has at least one post.)

  In the Categories widget, I have selected the “show hiearchy” option, but it’s still displayed flat on the website. Any suggestions on how to fix this, or workarounds?

  I am using a theme called Padangan and my blog is http://www.thisismypassion.com

  That is not a wordpress.com blog and we won’t be able to help with that. You need to be over at WordPress.ORG instead.

  I too am having this same problem and using wordpress.com. As with the page- Do I dare, I would like it to show order as written, however at this time it does not.
  It should be:
  Parent- Do I Dare and then We Meet…, Pool Anyone…, The Pool Hall.
