displaying comments on bottom of posts

  I would like other readers comments to show at the bottom of the blog post they are commenting on. The blog used to show these, but no longer does. How do I enable this to happen?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Tried it—-still not showing on the blog….not thru this server or Mozilla.
