Displaying image next to category

  Hi Guys
  What do I need to do to display an image next to each category? I am after something like in this blog
  http://www.yobosayo.net/ – the flags next to countries (each country is a category)

  You can’t do that on a category widget, but you could do it with a text widget, if you know how to handle the coding.
