Displaying images on blog links in Facebook

  Formerly, I could post a blog shortlink on FB and it would display a thumbnail image from that post. Now it has stopped doing that. So it’s no longer a very interesting post on FB. It’s just a link with no image. What has changed and how can I fix it?
