Displaying "likes" and followers"

    I am new to WordPress.

I have been receiving emails when someone likes or follows a post I’ve made. When I click on the link in the email that takes me to the online version of the post, I notice that there are “share” buttons at the bottom of the page, along with icons of the people who have liked that post.

However, when I access the same post without going through the email link, I do not see either the “share” options or the “this comment was liked / followed by” icons.

I thought that perhaps I didn’t see them when I was logged in because it was a special interface I was looking at the page through, but when I log out of wordpress and try to view the page anonymously, those options still do not display at the bottom of the page.

Is that normal behavior, or do I need to do something in order to have those items display at the bottom of the page

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
