Displaying Likes Without Viewing Specific Posts

My blog used to display the like button and amount of likes at the bottom of each post when scrolling down my page. I don’t mean when readers click onto the specific post they want to read, because they still show up on individual posts, I mean when viewing the homepage and scrolling down looking at all the posts without clicking onto a certain one.

I was just wondering if anyone knew how I can turn this back on. Thanks for any help in advance!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You may have inadvertently checked off the visibility and location of likes. See Likes — Support — WordPress.com for more information on how to set their visibility.
