Displaying only related posts per page/category

  Hi all,
  If you look at http://saqpro.com/mu/, you’ll see that I have different categories defined in the navigation bar (Merchant Account Providers – Merchant Accounts 101 – Pricing 101 – etc).

  When a user clicks on any of those categories and is taken to a new page (whichever category they click on), I would like a list of all posts within that category, and that category only shown in the sidebar. I don’t want posts from other categories at all, only posts of the category which page their on.

  Is there a plugin that will enable me to do this easily?
