Displaying Posts

  I can’t figure out how to get my pages to display just a small part of each post so that when the person clicks on it, then they can read the whole thing. I have gone to the reading tab under settings and checked the box there, but it still doesn’t seem to be working.

  Hi Katrinag16,
  There are two way you could accomplish this,
  1. By using the “Insert more tag”, when you are editing your post, alternatively you can also press (Alt+shift+T), which will insert the more tag.

  2. Secondly, you can use certain themes that only show post excerpts on the front page. Oxygen and iNove themes do, and both are free.
