displaying posts in a summary list

  Hi
  I’ve just started blogging about hotel reviews but i want the front page to show them in a list with a title and summary description rather than one post at a time – and I can’t work out how to do it.

  This is the kind of look I’m after

  Can anyone explain the process? Simply?

  If you edit your posts and click on the HTML “Text” tab, you can use the “More” tag where you want the text to stop on your main page.
