Displaying posts with static home first and changing the order for posts to show

  1. I set up a static home page. The reference database indicates that the reader will have to click posts but I did not see a listing for posts. Here is my site ricolawyer.wordpress.com
  2. It appears the default is oldest first for blogposts. Can I change this to newest first.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  1) You have chosen a theme that has a footer area for widgets. You need the Recent Posts and Archive widgets.

  2) You will have to edit every date and time one by one to change the order. It’s generally not worth it.

  1. Or simply a custom menu which includes a link to your posts page, given that you assign that page to display your latest posts at Settings > Reader.

  First, thank you raincoster and musicdoc1 for responding. I appreciate your knowledge and time.

  I have added widgets which seem to work with one issue. I have several categories but one Understanding RICO Claims displays in a very large font unless the other categories. I did not set this and do not understand why this is occurring.

  What I see is that “Understanding Rico Claims” appears with the same font size as the other categories in the footer area widget.
