Displaying sourcecode from a github (not gist!) repository

  Hi,

  it would be nice to have a possibility to embed code from github repositories in the same way as it is currently handled with gists (see http://en.support.wordpress.com/gist/).

  There is a javascript solution http://gist-it.appspot.com/

  There is also the http://wordpress.org/plugins/getgit/ plugin that was mentioned in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/add-support-for-the-getgit-plugin

  Support for any of those would be great.
