we have some users reported that some Chinese characters are turned into weird characters. We use translatePress plugin to do the translation

While we’re not able to support third party plugins, I can get you pointed in the right direction so you can get some help from that plugin’s support team.
I switched the language from English to Chinese using the link on your site – which brought me to https://oshkdemo.com/zh/ and this is what I see in that section:
Comparing what I see to your screenshot, what that looks like to me is that their system font isn’t recognizing the numbers and symbols of the translation – the
⼆character is for the number “2” in the English version,⾼for “high” and so on. For what it’s worth, my browser is recognizing the text as Chinese (Traditional), so those users may be using Chinese (Simplified) or another regional dialect as their default?I would recommend reaching out to TranslatePress’s support team to find out what the problem would be in the translation rendering in the browser as they’ve likely seen this issue before.
