  I was charged and automatic renewal for a woo commerce website I shut down and canceled autorenewal for. Where can I get ahold of someone for a refund?

  Hi bisonboots,

  I see you have already opened a support request with the WooCommerce team. Someone will follow up by email as soon as they can but in the meantime, please don’t dispute the payment through your provider as this locks the payment.
