dispute cancelled

My dad was very confused by his credit card statement as it didn’t clearly say website. He paid for my site. I receieved an email and told him immediately and he cancelled the dispute. In the email it states the $20 fee will be removed once this is cancelled. Why is it still there and I need to update my site! Thank you so much.

I found the cancellation and you should be able to access your site now. If not, I suggest you try to clear your browser cache following the instructions below:
