  Hi there, the account you are posting from is 4 months old. For what site were you charged and when?

  Refunds are available for 30 days from the date of purchase on everything but new domain registrations, which need to be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

  Good morning :) There haven’t been any charges made to the account that you’re using to contact us from.

  Putting the charge details directly in to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ will help you track it down.

  Otherwise, try signing in with the email address where the receipt notification was delivered to you. In that email, a site will be mentioned, share that here so I can help you find the right account.
