Dispute has been sorted please reinstate our website

I have been trying to reinstate our website. Firstly the method of payment has changed hence the refund. This dispute has been canceled according to the person who did the previous payment and was billed again. I have been trying to get WordPress to bill us via our PayPal ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but this does not seem to be taking place. I have also emailed WordPress the information.

The original payment was refunded. I need the dispute cancelled so payment can be made via the new method and original website restored

It sounds like your bank credited you in lieu of the dispute being concluded, but the dispute is still showing as open on our end.
Please phone your bank and withdraw the dispute completely. Once we’re able to confirm the dispute has been cancelled, we can help you reactivate your site.
Otherwise you will need to pay the chargeback fee and then purchase a new plan before we can restore your domain and reactivate the site.

Ok I am not sure you understand. The Bank has attempted to withdraw the dispute a number of times without success. I am willing to pay the chargeback fee but I am not sure how as WordPress is not responding to my request to charge it to MY PayPal account which is (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is super frustrating. I am not planning to renew but rather exporting to another ISP. I hope I am able to still use our original name as a result

I do not understand, no. If the charge was disputed with your bank, only your bank has the ability to cancel that dispute. So I don’t understand how they are not able to do that.
If you want to go ahead and pay the Chargeback fee, you can do so from the checkout page, here:

Once you’ve done that, let me know and I can send a payment link for the domain, as it’s renewal has already been processed – if you plan to transfer the domain to a different provider there’s no need to buy/renew the WordPress.com plan as well.
