Dispute WP charge

I do not use WordPress and I now have $96 charge that should be removed. Who can I talk to about this?

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

It was an unrequested charge and it was located
thru the support page
Found it!
This was a charge for:
WordPress.com Premium
dollsdresstoo.wordpress.comThere is no receipt sent
There is no information on the charge on my Manage purchases page
also there is no saved credit card
How did this happen?When this gets fully closed out I will unsubscribe to prevent this from every recurring.

I did log into this account and there is no link for Purchases. can you please just refund it as it is not my charge.

I can do this with my bank in about a day when the charge is posted. It is now pendingI did not authorize this charge.
I did not get a receipt
I do not have a saved credit card

I have been trying for almost 4 hours to get this resolved and now I have to leave the computer

But when you signed up for the WordPress.com Premium plan last year by default you agreed to the auto renewal terms,(unless you change those settings yourself). The renewal is taken approx 30 days before expiry to give people time to sort out disputes like this. You do need to log in to the correct account to cancel. I’ll tag this thread again for staff assistance.

Did you log into the correct account associated with that site rather than this account you keep posting from?
It might be better to wait for staff here. Disputing a legitimate charge via your bank can complicate things and seriously prolong the time before you receive a refund. -

Yes the account I have is wordpress.com and with my user name jrights.
I thank you for all of your time and writing to me as the Bank says for me to dispute a charge I must have made contact with the business itself.
I removed the blog website of dolls dress too about a year ago and it was a .com site. I have no other wordpress site tho I can log into wordpress.org.
Wordpress has not sent any receipt of this charge to my email as promised on their information. It did locate the charge and it is a .com charge.Judy g/jrights

jrights is the WRONG username to manage that site. -
Yes, we will not be able to assist you with the refund until you verify ownership. Post in this thread under the username account
