  2. This was for the renewal of joyfulsendoff.info which you had enabled auto-renew on.

  3. Using what you posted, as mentioned, you can regain access to the charged account via https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  4. Once you have regained access to the correct account, you can cancel and refund it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
