Disrupted layout

The About section on my home page along with a reference to my last post have been shunted to the upper reaches of the screen, and I don’t know why. I thought I had posted the latest entry earlier today, but it didn’t seem to have positioned itself properly until I published it again later today.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like you originally published your latest entry, Paris’ Budget Participatif Vote: Voici le Data, Part 2, as a Page (not a post) on November 16th.
You then published it again, as a Post, 16 hours later.
You can delete the unintended Page here:
https://spreadsheetjournalism.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1167&action=edit
After you delete it, it will no longer appear in your Menu.
