  If you wish to get the revision of any post or page then there is a good thing, WordPress stores the last 25 revisions for each post or page on your site. Revisions allow you to revert to an earlier version of a page or post.

  If you accidentally deleted something then you can recover from trash:-

  If you wish to check your last activity like theme, etc then go to My Sites > Activity and check there the history of activities you have done.
