Dissatisfied ‘Blogger’ and Webmaster

    I have had a website and blog for some time now, but never really been able to get on top of its layout, even though there are videos to help in this. I have already deleted sites, and believe the best alternative is to delete this remaining site, with the intent of starting from scratch. This I either attempt again on my own, unless the basic setup could be done for me, with a view to me taking over and follow that layout?

    First off, if you value the WordPress.com URL you are using, please be very careful about deleting your site. Because, once deleted, the URL will become unavailable for use in the future.

    We can help you “empty” your site instead, if you would like to start from scratch.

    That is a little beyond the scope of what we do here at WordPress.com support in the forums. But you have a couple options. Users with the WordPress.com Pro plan have access to our livechat support team. And while they can’t do the design for you, they are awesome at answering questions or eliminating confusion about how to do something within WordPress.com.
