  Hi there WordPress.

  I am a small business owner and my website is hosted by you as well as my mobile app, the website being http://www.sellcellmobile.co.za.

  I am having an issue with my images on your Kadence slider they appear to be very distorted on my app, however, they are fine on the normal website. The issue only exists on the mobile version for some reason.

  We have tried everything to rectify this issue ourselves but to no avail.

  Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi there!

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Cloud Flare.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
