Distorted / Wonky / Skew Front End – ‘stm_hb_settings’)); ?>

    Hi,
    Not being tech savvy I probably screwed-up. For days now I’ve been stuck with an issue I cannot solve. There is a notification flag on my site: ‘stm_hb_settings’)); ?> and the result is that the front end has gone all wonky and distorted from what I curated. Deactivating all plugins has not helped. De-chaching, the same. Using WP 2024 theme. Site backed-up on Updraft Plus. I’m thinking of re-installing a complete new WP but it scares the heck out of me. Treat me as though I am 5. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
