Distributing a post to other sites automatically?

    Hi all,
    Just a quick question – say I write a post for my blog and would like to distribute that post to a handful of other sites. Is there a way to do this easily (quickly) without having to just cut and paste the blog manually into each of the target sites?

    And posting duplicate content to multiple locations is a really bad idea. It will end up slaughtering search engine ranking for your blog and for wherever else you post it. Search engines don’t like seeing the same thing in different places and figure splogging is involved.
