Divi Critical Error
-
Hi! I’ve already contacted hosting support at GoDaddy and they could not fix the problem with the critical error message I am receiving related to the Divi builder. I need to access my website and cannot. It is accessible, as far as I can tell, from the front end, but I cannot access the backend to remove or update my plugins. Here is the error message: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘ET_Core_Cache_Directory’ not found in /var/www/wp-content/themes/Divi/core/components/init.php:9 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): et_core_init(”) #1 /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /var/www/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /var/www/wp-settings.php(524): do_action(‘after_setup_the…’) #4 /var/www/wp-config.php(83): require_once(‘/var/www/wp-set…’) #5 /var/www/wp-load.php(37): require_once(‘/var/www/wp-con…’) #6 /var/www/wp-login.php(12): require(‘/var/www/wp-loa…’) #7 {main} thrown in /var/www/wp-content/themes/Divi/core/components/init.php on line 9

Hi there,
You are having an issue with bellacatering.wordpress.com? To clarify, sites on WordPress.com do not have Divi as an option, and we are not able to support sites on other hosts.
If you are referring to another site hosted with GoDaddy we are not able to help (they are a separate company we are not connected to) but you can find help here instead: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact Divi support directly for help as well.
Hope this points you in the right direction.
