divi doesn't install

I am currently using Business Era theme for my website which is called understanding families.com.au
Now I want to install divi which I have paid for and downloaded. I have upgraded php to 7.0 but I still get a message that The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
The WP version is 4.9.4
I have searched hard to help myself but can’t find the answer. I hope someone can tell me whether i should be speaking to WordPress or Elegant Themes to get an answer. Or does it lie somewhere else.
Anyone who can help me get this happening will earn my eternal gratitude. Thank you. -
Hello, It sounds like you are referring to a site using the standalone WP software. If so, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page. I also suggest searching the support forums for DIVI for a similar issue before posting.
