  Hello, I am trying to upload the Divi Theme from Elegant Themes to use on my WordPress site, but it is not allowing me to upload a custom theme. Can you help?

  You require a Business plan to upload custom themes or third party themes to a wordpress.COM hosted site.

  Otherwise you can use these themes https://wordpress.com/themes/

  You could be confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites and wordpress.ORG self hosted sites. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
