  Ive got hosting with Siteground and have paid for Divi theme
  Why can’t I download it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades or themes on WordPress.com. Using SiteGround as your host means the site was created using WordPress.org software (which is separate from WordPress.com):

  We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but support for self hosted sites is available on the WordPress.org forums:

  As a starting point, I recommend contacting the company you purchased Divi through if you are unable to download it at all.
