  I purchased and paid for a Divi Theme through Elegan Themes. It is downloaded onto by computer on a zip drive but I can’t upload it onto my wordpress site. Please help!

  To what site do you want to upload it? Your account doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com, in addition to which, a WordPress.com Business Plan is required to use third party themes on WordPress.com.

  If you have a WordPress site at another host, it means you’re using the open source software made on WordPress.org. Support for that version of WordPress is provided at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but for help with Divi it’s best to contact support at Elegant Themes directly.
