Divi Theme issues

    I just purchased and downloaded Divi. When I attempt to customize it says ‘The theme you are currently using is not compatible with Full Site Editing.’

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host youarelovecreations.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (Siteground) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.

    However, I think I can help by clarifying that “full site editing” will only work with themes designed to use that customization system. Divi however is a 3rd party provider of an alternative system of customization.

    We do not offer Divi on WordPress.com (my clue that you are hosted with another provider) but it is my understanding that you will need to use Divi’s customization tools and not the native full site editor.
