Divi + WordPress.com (Business)

Hi everyone! How are you?
I’m working on my web with someone who uses Divi to solve the design and everything, but we found out that Divi and Jetpack don’t get along.
Is there any way to solve this issue?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

Hi there!
Can you tell us more about what you mean by Divi and Jetpack not getting along? If you’re reading it somewhere, please share a link to it so that we know what you’re referring to.
All WordPress.com sites have Jetpack enabled by default, and plenty of site owners use Divi, among other page builder plugins, while having Jetpack on their site. So, I’d like to understand more about the issues you found between Jetpack and Divi so that we can investigate and advise accordingly.
Thanks!

It’d be nice to know what conflicts are between WP.com and Divi so someone can solve this quickly instead of doing a trial and error with the settings within WP.com and Divi.
I hope there’s something you can provide.
Thanks. -

I checked your site error logs and noticed a fatal error related to using VideoPress with Divi.
💡 You can see it by navigating to Tools → Site Monitoring → PHP Logs (tab).
You’ll want to include October 11, 2023, in the scope because the error occurred on October 11:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, class VideoPress_Divi_Extension doesnot have a method "admin_hook_enqueue_scripts" in /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:310 Stack trace: #0 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(334): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #1 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #2 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-widgets.php(706): do_action('admin_enqueue_s...', 'widgets.php') #3 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Customize_Widgets->enqueue_scripts('') #4 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(334): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #5 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #6 /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-admin/customize.php(123): do_action('customize_contr...') #7 {main} thrown in /wordpress/core/6.3.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 310🐛 We’ll escalate this to our developers for further troubleshooting, but first, we’ll need more details on exactly which steps you performed when this happened?
This is important so that we can try to reproduce it.
