Divided wordpress account makes no sense to me

  I don’t have the option to upgrade on my blog. But when I go to my other blog, that upgrade is showing there.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  I’m sorry. I’m not sure what you mean. What upgrade are you having trouble with? And which of your sites is it supposed to be on?

  You can transfer an upgrade using the following directions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades

  Please note that upgrades are only applied to one blog at a time.

  Thank you, I knew I wasn’t describing the problem correctly. I started a new question thread today that will hopefully make more sense!

  The real problem is that I have 2 user names, one of my blogs shows under both of the names – I can access it under one but I had to go to the other in order to renew my premium. That’s odd, but shouldn’t be the focus of my question.

  How do I combine the user names so I only have one with everything under it?

  It looks like your account kms1962 has access to these sites:

  cleveroccasions
  checkoutthegiftshop
  brooklynbooks
  separatebyweightnotcolor

  The account schwartz has access to sourcedwit, among other sites.

  It looks like the best course would be to move your sites from the schwartz account to this account (kms1962). In order to do that, you’ll need to log in to the account schwartz and post a new request to have your blogs transferred.

  Just mention that you’ve already posted a request in ticket #466001. And then if you could post a link to the new thread here (by logging into the account kms1962), I can get those sites transferred over for you.

  Does that make sense? Let me know if I can clarify or help with anything else!

  Excellent EXCEPT I can’t get into Schwartz. I can’t figure out my password, if I put in for a lost password under my email it comes for kms1962 but if I put it in for Sourced I don’t get an email to reset.

  I have tried every version of every password I’ve ever thought about using, but it won’t log in.

  I really appreciate your help, I feel like I’m closer than ever!
