Divider Line Above/Below Menu Bar

  Hi there!

  I’m using the Carbon Responsive theme. Need help on how to :

  1) Add in divider line above and below the menu bar
  2) Reduce gap between body content and menu bar

  Can anyone help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
