dividing post up into managable pages?

My blog is nothing more then many post placed in reverse chronological order. The first page is huge and crashes iphones and takes a while to load. How could I simply divide this up in to manageable chunks?

Go to Settings > Reading. Enter the number of posts you want to show in the field that says “Blog pages show at most … posts”
Settings is over on the far right top
